We have an unlimited return policy, which means that we will provide a full refund for your item.

To be eligible for a return, you must contact us at preciousknotsinfo@gmail.com with your order number. Once your return is initiated, we will provide a return label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

If your return is initiated within 30 days after receiving your item, the return shipping is free. If your return is initiated later than 30 days after receiving your item, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on purchases of gift cards.

Refunds
